We are seeking to purchase both existing self-storage facilities as well as properties suitable for development into self-storage centers.

Existing properties should be located in the northeast; from Baltimore to Boston and contain a minimum of 50,000 rentable square feet. We are still looking to grow in the New York City and NYC Metro New Jersey market as well.

Development properties can be either existing buildings or land. Land sites should be properly zoned, 2.5 acres, convenient to major highways and have a minimum population of 150,000 people within a five mile radius.

Existing buildings should contain a minimum of 75,000 square feet, have 3 or more loading docks, freight elevators (if multi-story buildings), 150 PSF floor loads, and high ceilings.
